Short wait time, friendly Drs and nurses. Feeling better already
The person doing my child’s throat swab was EXTREMELY patient. So so so patient to the point that I was embarrassed at how long it took my child to open up. Very kind and patient.
Packed waiting room. One doctor working obviously. Been waiting over an hour and still number 4 in line. No one suggested to do an online appointment when we called first this morning to see if they were open yet they take online appointments before the walk ins. Ugh really poorly managed.
Waited over an hour in the exam room. Nurse practitioner came in wasn’t even aware that an X-ray had been done until I asked for the results. She had to leave the room to go find the results. Was there 2.5 hrs definitely nothing “express” about the place!
If you want an accurate diagnosis, don’t go here!
Very very long wait time. We signed up online at 1255 we’re confirmed an appointment at 2:01 pm the rescheduled for 2:16pm. My 22 mo th old was not seen till 3:50. We finally left the building at 4:25pm... with no definitive answers and told testing could take up to one week!☹️
Went yesterday had a good experience was in and out in no time
I have been there twice and it was a pleasant atmosphere. Everyone was so friendly from the front desk staff to the young lady that treated me when I was taken to the back. The Dr. that treated me was very professional and gave me excellent information about my diagnosis.
