This company handled everything terribly. I shouldn't have to constantly contact them regarding parts and pieces. The installers tore apart my roof and did not fix it. I was promised products that I never received and was constantly calling and texting asking when I would receive them. I was given the run around time after time. This was an absolutely terrible experience, not to mention the loan company that they use is equally as bad.

I am very happy with our new solar system that's been in operation for two weeks. For starters, Bruno the salesperson did an excellent job describing the system; it was good to know that these panels come with individual inverters that makes the system more reliable because if one panel fails, the others keep working. I was informed that the whole project was going to take longer than usual because of the pandemic, but it was just about two months. Had and am still having to do a lot of the work on learning how the system is worked. Sales team was really misleading. They promised so much. My bill is supposed to be 74 a month and if I give the federal tax credit back to the loan it would stay that way, if not it would go up to 104. They said I have 18 months to do that but failed to mention the credit can be split into 2 to 4 years. Leaving you to fend for yourself on that. Once they install the panel, they were unwilling to help set up the monitoring software. After only two years with the panels we had a problem with one of the panels and a microinverters. It took 3 phone calls to even get to the correct individual to help us diagnosis the problem, Then they stated that they had moved out of our area and could not help us fix the problem. I worked for this company who still owes me money on projects that were closed by someone else, out of all my sales i find it hard to believe no referrals showed up even though i have customer telling me they did refer , this company refuses to pay me a project that they owe me and Jessica the erus manager basically has not responded to my text messages for more than 4 months. I just had a solar power system installed by Erus Energy. The permit and city/power approval process took a while. Erus' project manager always gave me weekly updates. Now that it's all installed and producing power, I'm very happy. I'd recommend this company, and I have!

We were impressed with our sales agent Derek. We have been advised in a timely way via e-mail or telephone by is office about the progress of our permits and installation. The head of our installation Adam was very helpful explaining the steps and progress of the panel and wiring as his team did the actual installation. Once the inspection has been completed, hopefully next week, we will see if we made the right decision by switching to solar energy. ****** *
