BEWARE!! I contracted this company to install my solar panels but after sharing the details with my coworker who already has panels she told me the price she got and it was way lower than my quote, i mean thousands lower. I decided I wanted to think it over and do a bit more research and after refusing to get the panels installed this company wanted to charge me a cancellation fee? We have been installed for about 2 months now and have seen the results firsthand, our **** went from 360 last year to 21 dollars - in August!!! Really looking forward to savings provided by solar! I have asked on numerous occasions for this company to stop calling. I have blocked/reported as spam SIX times but they call from all different numbers.
***** and everyone else was awesome. Our salesman ***** was also really great and explained everything all the way through. Everyone did their jobs efficiently and professionally.

Erus was initially recommended to us by a neighbor to have panels installed. Erus sold us a system that was much too small. When I contacted them to report we were still receiving high electricity bills, I was told our system needed to be expanded. I was provided a quote, but told the system needed to be paid for in cash. I requested a few months to save the money and was told that would be fine. 6 months later, when I contacted them, they refused to honor the original quote and they insisted on creating a new quote. Taylor was my salesperson and she was amazing. I was concerned before I met her that I was going to get a sales pitch. I was so wrong! She made me feel like a friend and explained everything at my level, no buzz words that went over my head, just practical information that I could easily understand. Since turning on our system in Aug 2019. Our utility bills have been averaging $149/mo. w/ no reduction in our utilities at all. Erus only installed 9 panels, that's it! No explanation at all! Trying to leave a phone msg, lots of luck getting a response! No help at all! What a waste of money...about $16000!
I was erroneously told by the sales representative that if my roof needed to be replaced after install that the warranty would cover removal and reinstall. I am now being told that that is not true and will have to come up $8000 to have this procedure done. Also, each roofer who has come to inspect roof recently has stated that panels should not have been installed until roof repair was done and that most solar panel groups will inform you of such. A purchase agreement was signed on 5/3/2019 and a welcome call was performed at which time Mr. Garcia was asked if anything was promised that was not in the contract. He did not indicate anything was promised. We guarantee the roof work for 5 years, if there was any leaks we would have had the leaks fixed. We did not receive any information about a roof leak. Since Mr. Garcia has a large number of panels (30) being removed and reinstalled we can reduce the price to $185/panel for a total cost of $5550. We are willing to proc... read more
