I had the solar installed by Erus energy. However they did reimburse me the two months of the electric **** because my loan payments have started. I have another payment this month and I am paying a electric **** and a loan payment. I called to get reimbursed but no one has returned my phone call. Also the electrician didnt label my breaker box breakers so I have no clue which breaker goes to which. They replaced my old one. My panels were put on my roof on September 15, 2021 and for the for the past 6 1/2 months we have been waiting for my panels to get connected. The last conversation I had w/**** was March 22, 2022. I told him I was frustrated and tired of this nonsense and all this stress has physically/mentally and financially taken a toll on me and my husband. They didn't do paperwork correctly, we didn't receive any tax credits. Now they will not come out to check the solar system, $200 service fee if they do. They have been troublesome to contact, to talk to, and now they want to charge us even though the panels are supposed to be guaranteed for 25 years.
I had a real bad experience with this company, I was told that after installing solar panels I would not be paying for electricity, but now I am paying twice as much, electricity and the panels. I contacted Erus Energy and they refused to come to my house and check the panels to see iof they were working correctly. DO NOT use Erus please do some research and choose another company.
I feel this company is seeking the elderly and convincing them to get stuck with this . My parents were con into getting these solar panels installed. I want these to be removed immediately, and I will be seeking for a lawyer to see what I can do to help my parents get this resolved. I hope that this will help and bring awareness to everyone else. i had a terrible experience with this company.They installed solar panels in my house and the panels are still not connected because ERUS provide the wrong document and pictures to Center point energy.Now I need to pay my loan $166 dollars ( each month) and the panels are not working and I also need to paid my electric ****.My sales representation now don't answer the phone or my text.
We agreed to install the solar panels as it was supposed to offset 100% of our usage. The offset is not even close and we are paying much more per month for electricity plus/panels. Absolutely dissatisfied. We waited over two months just to get them connected and the leak they cause has still not been fixed. **************** is abysmal to the point where I have a lawyer to get them removed and the money refunded and the loan removed. Erus promised to pay $1000 if you refer someone that has solar panels installed. Almost a year later they have yet to pay the promised amount.
