Erus solar sold me solar panels under false pretentious. And left me with a 12 thousand dollar bill that was guaranteed to be paid. They also assured me I would be compensated a referral fee for new customers I could get for them. All and all I was stiffed and would not recommend this company.

Unfortunately, we hired Erus Energy to install solar on our home in Spring 2022. We have 63 panels at a cost of $85k. The delays were horrible with very little communication. When you call Erus, all the phone extensions say that their voice mail boxes are not yet set up so you cant even leave a message. Spring went by, then summer, then fall, then Nov/Dec the system was installed. The installation failed the county inspection and we had to again wait weeks for **** to come out and fix the inspectors issues and have the count... read more

Will not stop calling me even though I have made it very clear I do not want solar panels. Blocked their numbers and they call back from different numbers every time. Getting at least 10 calls a day, do these people have nothing better to do?

I will end up in litigation over all of this. My electric bill was running between $500 and $700 per month before I was sold these panels. I was told that they would reduce my electric bill by $200 to $300 per month and maybe more. My bill did not even come close to that. AND one time I even sold the power company back $20 of energy. Then you at the cost of the financing on top of that ... it is costing me more money. I found Juan Hernandez Garibay , from ElPaso, Texas and Erus Energy to be a very knowledgeable and competent salesman. He was friendly , enthusiastic and very informative. He was available thru the whole time if we had any questions and promptly answered all our calls and questions . Erus Energy should be very proud and fortunate to have such an outstanding and personable salesman to represent them.

I was hesitant about getting solar panels and no company was good enough or had good answers for my questions. Juan Hernández Garibay from Erus Energy El Paso, Tx. told me to give him a few minutes and I’m glad I did. He answered all my questioned and convinced me on the panels.

We decided to go solar and couldn't be happier. Juan Hernandez Garibay from El Paso, TX was our sales person. He was up front and to the point. He was available at all hours. Anytime we had a question he answered it right away or called us back within a few minutes. The whole process was explained and were updated every step of the way.
