So far has been a good experience. Roenic my sales rep has been great. Was able to get my first two months free. Waiting on my Site Evaluation to be done next week. So far I am pleased with Erus Energy. I'll let you know more next week. Thanks ??

I definitely recommend Erus Energy. The whole staff from sales representative (Miguel), customer service center and installation crew were very professional, attentive to my questions and knowledgeable. Nevertheless, the whole process takes about 2 months to get it done, they make sure to guide you and keep you updated of every step of the installation. Great job! Thank you Miguel!

We ordered and installed our solar panels in February 2017. Fast forward to fall 2019, we had to have our solar panels removed so that we could replace our roof. The reinstallation process came with a few snags - the previous mounting system was not compatible with our new roof. My wife and I are very happy that we chose Erus Energy for our solar panels! We did our research on other solar companies and even had several other companies come to our home to pitch their products to us. After much deliberation, we decided Erus Energy offered the best system at the best price. Our sales person was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful even during the installation process. Everything seemed alright. Everyone I talked to at first was polite, the installers were polite, they didn’t leave a mess like all the other contractors did. Then it rained. Called about a leak, and they said they would get it fixed. Then it rained again, and it leaks worse. I had to disconnect my ceiling fan, and remove it. I called and left a message and they have yet to respond.
