we looked at 4or5 companies that install but they would not put on the ground but erus energy said no problem. we had good relationship with the work crew and every one in the office in phoenix ,including the best taylor ferrall.if we had a question of any kind if taylor didn't know the answer she would get the answer and report back to us with the answer.
Definitely a wonderful company, very polite and helpful, Taylor Farrell has been so much help, definitely the sales person you want, you will have everything explained to you thoroughly.
Erus energy is not a reliable company since installation day i had to pay 3 months and the system wasn't even working it almost 5 mos. from the day we sign to when the system was actually working. Another problem i was told i would produce 60 % energy with the panels and another 15% with LED light and the NEST thermostat which would a total production of 75% of total energy my house needs throughout the entire year. Had a few snags with getting the system inspected by the local companies but the installation service was of high quality and the project manager (Brandon) stayed on top of the project and made sure it got done. Happy with how the system works!

We talked with the sales representative in June and were impressed with the presentation. An inspection was done the next week and were told it would be another week before we got the plans to OK. Three weeks later we called the Phoenix office and were transferred to Manny, our program manager. He said they had not received the plans yet but he should get them within the next few days and would let me know.
