This company suckered me into buying solar panels. They told me I would receive a $16,000 check from the federal government and I would get $3,500 from the state government for 4 years; and that I would need to send all that money to the finance company, so that my payment would remain at 274.00 a month. Didn't get any of that money and now my payment is 411.00 and solar panels still not helping my electric bill, because they did not do a comprehensive electric audit before installing. From the very start I was impressed with this company. From the agent who first came to my home (Josh) to the panel installation guys, everything went so smoothly. The customer service is top notch, especially Kayla, keeping me updated with emails, texts and calls to let me know the progress and what to expect next. I would recommend this place to all my family and friends. If you're looking for a great solar panel company... check them out, they have a great referral program too!

Erus Energy is not a professional business. They have absolutely no communication!!!! They deserve negative star rating! They installed, I had to contact them every step of the way and they did not respond to messages left. They have moved out of state where they installed my panels and refuse to communicate what they are doing about an issue that is still under warranty. We purchased our solar almost a year ago with Erus Energy and we are very satisfied with the entire process and the production of our system. Its as described (if not a little better). Everyone we had contact with was extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. You cant beat their new concierge department for customer service either. That was a great addition to an already outstanding experience. I have referred family and friends and will continue to do so. Thank you Erus!
Erus Energy is GREAT! Our rep was very professional and prompt. The customer service department was always friendly and kept me informed. Fast installation.They took care of any thing to do with the HOA , permitting and inspections. They also handled everything with the utility company. Our system is on and producing as presented and has made a great change in my utility cost as presented. Benjamin in customer service is a great resource.
I contacted Erus Energy and Michael Halona responded right away. He explained everything in great detail and patiently answered all of my questions. I was matched up with a financial institution that perfectly reflected our desires and in 30 days time we had two solar arrays installed and producing clean energy. The install team was quick and did a great job. The entire process was painless and we could not be more pleased. In the first month we produced over 1200 kW/hr!

Wanted to thank all the folks at Erus Energy and in particular, Michael Halona. We are new to solar and Michael took the time to explain all of our questions in terms we could understand. He also worked with us on our financing and got us just what was right for us. Once approved, the panels, boxes, and meters, went up quickly and look great. The entire process was fantastic from start to finish. We are currently making a little over 50 kWh of clean energy per day!
I looked at two other companies before I found Erus Energy. I choose Erus Energy because of a very knowledgeable staff on all solar applications, My contact person was Taylor Farrell and I couldn't be happier. She explained everything from start to finish and still answers my questions as needed. Installation was fast and clean, system up and running in know time, I trust they'll stand by their work and product as promised for years to come, So far its been a great ride!
