Michael is a very good representative of the Erus company. In my opinion he is the most convincing solar panel representative out of the four companies that I spoke with. He actually did such a great job of representing your company and giving me the best deal possible that I declined a previous offer that I was about to close on. He has been so friendly, quick to respond at all hours of the day and evening, made sure we knew every plan, working, and payment options open to us from the beginning. Michael was incredibly helpful and friendly during the process of getting my solar project completed. He took the time to fully explain the process to me. His knowledge gave me great confidence in Erus Energy and in my decision to get solar panels. He was always available to answer any and all of my questions and ensured I understood the full process. I would like to thank,Taylor *******for doing an outstanding job when explaining the Brand and details of the company and also most important how the solar panel works and it benefits the customer .I have had the solar panels for over year now and so far no issues ,my bill has dropped since then .

Beware of this company if you are considering installing solar panels. ERUS Energy does not have an equipment protection plan to cover the equipment and will charge an up front fee of $200 to inspect their own work if there is a problem. $200 is not bad for an inspection, right? Wrong. The $200 only covers one hour of labor--- so if the tech does not find the issue in an hour, you will be charged (per hour) until the tech decides to find and fix the issue. You all stated that I spoke with someone last week, the last time I called was on 8/16/2019. i asked if someone could explain my electric bill and was told I needed to call my electric company. I was never told anything about getting a utility rebate, because I have electric through a coop. My solar panels haven't reduced my bill since receiving them in 2017.
