Erus has been excellent from the sales presentation to panel install and Brandon *****has kept me abreast the entire process. So far everything has been delivered as promised, I have even referred two of my friends with Erus’ incentive program. Keep up the good work, just waiting on production of the panels.

I give it a 1 only because I can not give a zero. I originally contacted a solar panel sales agent here in my hometown of El Paso Tx. he offered a lower electric bill and all sounded great. This happened in early to mid June. By the end of July we got the panels installed (panels not operational yet) and from there months went by without hearing from sales agent or bank. The inspection or installation of meter has yet to be installed and by October I get a bill from the bank, my $123.43 bill is due October 20, without an ope... read more

We are thrilled to have our solar panels up and running, creating an energy reserve that will save us a good amount on energy costs each month. The company was great to work with and offered good incentives that made this an overall great investment. Thanks Erus!

This company built it’s business policies on solid rock of integrity, without compromising exceptions. Brandon *****(Project Manager) has made installation stress free and painless he has been in constant contact with me and answered any questions that I had He has been extremely professional and genuinely made my wife and I feel that Erus valued our business. Kathy Gervasio is an asset to Erus Energy her dedication to the customer is exceptional she would do her best to find out what was holding up the progress and get it going again. Kathy also let me know and I’m sure not just me that I am important and my concerns are valid. True to her word follow was as important to her as to me.

If only half the employees in this country were as competent, efficient, dedicated and expedient as Cathy Gervasio at Erus Energy, life would be more harmonious with far less stress, aggravation and far fewer disgruntled customers. My solar was installed about eight years ago by Erus Energy. Recently we decided to have our roof replaced so I contacted Erus about removing and replacing the panels for this process. We also appeared to have one problem inverter, wreaking some havoc in the system. . I spoke with Nancie T**** who quickly got me all the information I needed. She quickly contacted the manufacturer for me and acquired the replacement so that it could be installed when the panels were replaced after the roofing job, saving me installation costs... read more
