My experience with Erus Energy was turned from completely negative to completely positive do to Kathy G******* who I feel went above and beyond her duties to help me change my loan plan from #**** which is a interest only pay to #**** which is a loan principal pay. This had to be corrected as the salesman Paul G******* had my wife initial the wrong choice after being told that we did not want to pay any interest and the loan would be paid up by the 18 month period. From start to finish, the process was clearly explained to us and everyone was patient in answering all our questions. The first person we spoke to, Juan, was easy to speak to, honest, and not pushy at all. The application was process with John was not overbearing as he answered more of our questions and was willing to walk us through what the process would look like. Erus energy is a very professional company, courteous, respectful and very professional. There was a little delay with my installation because my community was new but they kepted me informed. As soon as they figured it out my solar panels were installed quickly and I was up in running without anymore delays.
We have no complaints on this Erus Energy, the entire process from start to finish was excellent, the staff and project manager Kathy was more than helpful with questions and answers we had and keeping us up to date with the progress of the install to include scheduling all inspections along with meter switching with our electric company and now all up and running. Thank you administrative staff and our project manager Kathy!!!
