We had solar panels installed in May but the panels are not functioning properly, we cannot access the app to monitor our panels and after months of phone calls to our "account manager" we cannot get a call back. I would strongly recommend choosing another company for your solar needs.

My experience with Eru Energy is positive because the company provided detail information on what to expect in the process of installing solar panels at our house. The installation went flawless and every step of the process was promptly explained by their assigned product manage, Kathy. Question were answered immediately to satisfaction.

This has been a very pleasant experience from Sales to final product commission! Everyone that contacted my wife and I during the "financing/delivery/installation" of our solar panel project were professional, courteous and knowledgeable about their process. Thanks to the PM Jen Brown and her team for doing a "lob well done" - it's difficult finding a company that is as well integrated between management/staff/tech units as these guys are! Thanks to ERUS for doing what they said they would do - deliver!
