We went with Erus Energy. We were under the impression that our solar panel system would meet the needs of our usage, and that their engineers knew where to place the panels. Well, the set up was installed in April, half of it sits in the shade after all but physically removing our trees, and it meets about 1/4 of our energy usage. We're still paying nearly $300 to CPS on top of the $87 for the system. Being from New Mexico Erus is long distance and that is sometimes a minor problem getting things done. Over all their work and customer relations is good and I have already purchased more panels from them and would refer them to friends and family.

We got our panels up and running within a month or two from the day the salesman gave us the presentation. The salesman was very willing to answer any possible question we might have, even to the point of having the design team create different systems so my husband could play with numbers. Our project manager, was wonderful in keeping in touch and making sure we were up to date with everything, getting our paperwork in quickly and making sure that we were satisfied with everything having to do with our purchase. I am very dissatisfied with Erus Energy. They sold me a system for $22,000 that they said would save me $130/month on average. It's saving me less than $10/mo, while I'm stuck paying a loan of $169/month. I've been complaining for months. They just say, oh, give it a year and we will look at the averages. Now we have gone from February through July, and no month has generated more than $10/month in savings. That would mean for the "average thing to work out, I'd need to suddenly start saving $250/month over the next 6 months... read more

My experience with Erus was a positive one, from the sales person to the installers. My sales person explained everything in detail so there were no surprises. The installers were right on schedule and very courteous. I have been recommending Erus to my family and friends. The incentives for referring new customers are not bad either. I highly recommend this company.

The installation and activation was smooth and rapid. I had a great experience with Erus Energy. From the day they came to my door about solar energy to the day the panels were up and running, I had nothing but good things to say. The whole process took just over a month, everyone was incredibly professional, and I was kept informed as to what was going to happen next throughout the whole process.
