Erus energy were an absolute pleasure to work with, especially the project manager (Jen B****). The team made the install in less than 30 days, most installs take 60 plus days with other competitors. Additionally, the team took care of filling out the Electric Company rebate forms, one less thing to do myself. Call the Erus Energy team If you are looking to make the change towards sustainable energy, your pocket, home value, and environment will certainly appreciate it!
FOUR Times! I have submitted ALL paperwork to the company by e-mail and by snail mail and I am told they don't have all my paperwork.... I have e-mails that say they DO have all my paperwork. 8 weeks after signing up and making down payment and no installation in sight. One company representative has actually called me on the phone to try to work issues. My assigned project manager has never called me... I only get e-mails late at night.

Hello Mr. ********- Unfortunately we do not control CPS and how they take in paperwork. The first version we received was only a partial. The CPS disclosure is one doc that we cannot proceed without. We are sorry for the frustration regarding paperwork, its not the fun part of the solar system. Rest assured once completed you'll be making your own power!!

I was very pleased they were able to complete the installation so quickly and they were able to address some problems within my electrical panel. I was somewhat disappointed the metering equipment had to be placed on the front of my house next to the front entrance. Originally I was assured the equipment would be installed in my utility cabinet. Evidently all of the equipment could not fit within the space allotted. I am anxious to receive my first electric bill.
