Erus Energy did an excellent job overall! They were able to get the solar panels installed in a decent timeframe and it is now up and running as of today. I am looking forward to the efficiency. Nancie Towne did a great job with advocating and having patience with me through the process.

Chris D****** did a great job of answering my questions and taking care of getting us some additional light bulbs that had been promised to us. we are now up and running and impressed with the power generation we are getting even on these cloudy winter days!
Erus handled everything, The system was installed very quickly they took care of all permit applications
Kathy G*******, Project Manager for ERUS Energy has kept constant contact with Enrique R**** **. El Paso, Texas since day one. She has made sure all involved have direct communication with each other, but most importantly the customer. Being that this a new experience for me, Kathy clearly explained the process to include her patience when asked numerous questions. The installation went without any problem and complement ERUS Energy for having an outstanding installation staff. I will recommend ERUS Energy.

The people that I have spoken to are extremely cordial and caring, and have explained everything very clearly, but it has taken a long time for the company to come through with the service. On January 11, 2018 we had a death in the family and it was impossible to take care of this business, but I signed the paperwork back in November 2017, a they had plenty of time to fix whatever had to be fixed before January. I understand it was a bad time to do everything with the Christmas Holiday. But anyway, I hope to have everything ... read more
