I SUGGEST NOT BUY SOLAR PANELS FROM THIS COMPANY. IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS THEY DONT WANT TO FIX IT AND YOU ARE STUCK WITH THE PRODUCT. MANAGER AND SUPERVISORS DONT CALL YOU BACK AND DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR PROBLEMS

Our VP of Installation spoke with this customer the day prior to this review. The customer's frustration and confusion stems from two varying discussions from Erus Energy and Enphase. It was explained to the customer that we would go over the diagnoses with Enphase in order to determine a plan to get this issue fixed. The customer was advised that there will be a follow up with him as well
Poor communication during my project. Installers would show up and no one at the office would know about it. I had to call my utility provider on two occasions in order to get my project moving forward. Now it is complete, I am receiving two bills instead of just one. This was surprising as I asked many times if that was the case. Calling them I got the runaround.
I just had a conversation with *********************************. I needed help in a question about a job, and she was very professional and caring. I know about **************************** and most definitely is exactly what I receive from that young lady. I honestly hope the company she works with will give her a pay raise and eventually help climb up the ladder of success so that she can become a supervisor or manager one day. I went last July Solar with Erus energy and have yet to pay an electric bill sense. I have even added a pool and a hot tub to my home since and I still dont have an electric bill. Extremely happy I made the switch to solar and that **** delivered on every promise they made . If I ever need to upgrade I will definitely go with Erus again. They were professional, honest, and completed the project on time. *NO WAY WOULD I BUY FROM THEM AGAIN*Do not get a system from them they will tell you everything is under a 25yr warranty, and than will turn around and try to charge you 250$ for a tech to come out because your 2yr labor warranty is up which was never brought up not one time. Look at their website and see they boast a 30yr warranty on all items with a little * but when you try to find what the * is shocker, nothing. They send thier fast talking sales person out who fails to mention the only thing covered by the 25yr warranty... read more

Had my panels installed in May 2022 and in July 2022 13 panels are down, I have called for service since the 12th of July and here it is the 26th and no one has come out as of yet. Keep getting the run around. I will be retaining a lawyer soon. I will not ever refer this company to anyone. No stars from me that would be to generous, but cant leave review unless I click on a star.
Ive had my panels installed since February and no progress has been made since. The final inspection failed. They keep saying ****** ************** (TEP) is to blame. Every time I call, they just say theyre waiting to hear back. They cut a hole in my garage to perform a service late last year, and never did the job nor have they scheduled a time to do so. The sales person took advantage of an elder couple. The sales person did not went thru all the details to them and took the elders men's cell phone to set up account and signed digital documents. The elder man never had a clue on how to check or read what he was signing over the cellphone.
