If you are interested in solar, I would definitely recommend Erus Energy! They were very informative and made the whole process very easy to understand, and to make you feel comfortable and excited about making the decision! Great communication and the sales manager was always very accessible to answer any questions I had to help through the process. Very professional! Satisfied, customer!

The knowledge of Tor-el **** and support that he receives from his total team works favorable to help each customer understand the solutions to achieving their solar energy goals. Questions are answered and numbers calculated and explained to make the best possible decision to move forward. Great one on one customer service to getting it done for us home owners! Thanks!

Very satisfying with company and especially their Representative *****************************. He made presentation to us and has followed through on every item. Solar panels were installed on a timely manner in August 2022 and all employees have been very knowledgeable and helpful. ****************** continues to contact us on a regular basis to see if we have any issues with the panels and/or service.

We contracted with Erus in July 2022, the install was slow but was completed in Sept/Oct. Since then we have been trying to get the system completed and turned on. NO JOY as of Jan. 2023.The company rep was supposed to meet ****** Power for the final inspection in early DEC and they missed the appointment. The ****** Power rep showed.Repeated phone calls to the company have just been totally non productive with promises they'll call us back, and they never do.Very not happy. Do not buy from this company. I would give a -10 if I could. The solar panels were installed in March and we STILL do not have them hooked up. I have been paying an electric bill and for my solar loan, both of them. since August. Their support has been absolutely terrible. When I have gotten through, ******* doesn't know anything and says "The manager will call you back" and I rarely get a return phone call. All I get is excuses when I am able to talk to someone and never a resolution. Again, do NOT get Solar through these g... read more

Absolutely amazing company to work with! From speedy installations, to top-rated products and excellent service/repairs, THIS IS THE COMPANY TO GO WITH! They do it all! This is your local 1-stop-shop solar installation company.On top of all that, they have the most professional and educated solar experts have come across! One of my favorite things about Erus Energy is that they always promote from within, and work with multiple local charities, including Habitat for Humanity and local universities!
