I had a suv rental reserved for Tuesday October 19th for pick up at 1pm. I called at 11am when the branch opened to confirm that the vehicle would be ready for the 1pm pick up time. The call was answered by a man who advised that he is at the other ************** location and that the *** would be at the airport location, ready for 1pm pick up. I reserved a car from Harrisonville for 10-12-21 - 10-15-21. I got there and no cars. They drove me an hour away to (Lees Summit) get a car there. Only had a couple. I didnt get a free upgrade. They charged my card. Not happy that the place didnt have a car and the other place only had one and no free upgrade...the reason I paid for one where I would get one to save money. I rented a car for 8 days from Enterprise while my car was being repaired after being hit while parked in a parking lot. During the initial inspection while picking up the car, I agreed and signed that everything looked okay with the car. Upon return, the gentleman doing to inspection noticed what he said was "two to three spots of hail damage" on the roof of the car. Booked a rental car for 30 days from airport and was surprised that I OWED $6,000+ on a rental car and I didnt receive any type of refund nor did I understand that Id be paying that much. NEVER RENT A *** AT THIS LOCATION. I RENTED A *** HERE BECAUSE MY *** WAS IN THE **** SO I HAD THE *** FOR ABOUT 4 WEEKS WHILE MY *** WAS BEING FIXED. Did not honor their reservation and denied me any rentals and flagged me not to rent from them again. When I escalated the problem to explain why they gave me a case number and it has been a month with no response.

This company will scam you! They immediately attempt to upcharge your rental and when you say no thanks, they will tell you the following.Dont worry this car does cost more, but we wont charge you above what your insurance is covering. Oh Yes they do!!! Have blasted them on social media as you cant find a corporate complaint phone number or email. Ive been told a Regional Manager would contact me; their arent any regional managers!!!! Will never use or recommend them to anyone!

Apologized for the issue or any kind of misunderstanding with payment etc. She appreciated the follow up. Provided my contact information in case there are any issues moving forward.

Rude Clerk at Enterprise Rental Car *********************************** I wanted to report a rude and obnoxious Enterprise staff member. I reserved a rental car through National and the counter was closed. A rude man (balding with glasses) yelled at me to come to his counter.
