After having a reservation for two months at the *******************************************************, when I arrived no cars were available. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever had in my lifetime. They do not even deserve one star, but have to put it down to write a review. My son rented a Yukon for pick-up on April 2, 2021 and return on April 9, 2021. There website states they take debit cards and my son had a confirmation stating he could rent with a debit card. Never rent from this rental agency. They gave me a prepaid nonrefundable reservation (through Chase travel points) for Friday March 25 2021. Although not advertised as such the location was not in the MIA ******** but a $10 Uber ride away. When I arrived for my 600 pm reservation 15 minutes early they told me there were no car and six people were ahead of me, and the location closed in 15 minutes. Had a confirmation of them picking me up in Mount ****** at a body shop only to call the night before stating they did not have personnel available to drop the car off as promised. they did offer a car if I could come to Newark and pick it up-umm no that is why I specifically asked to be picked up at the body shop since I had to be to work within 30 minutes of drop off. Bad service but the only service available for this type of business so they don't care how they treat you
BE AWARE of Enterprise at ********* airport.If you drop off your vehicle after hours take pictures of your entire vehicle.We dropped off the vehicle after hours without a return representative there and asked the rental representative (representative that give out cars) said we were good and to deposit key in box.We then got home to a charge of $250 extra on our card and the ** rep said because of damage.I told her I wanted pictures and to speak to someone (there are 4 witnesses to NO DAMAGE).She was quick to say I will have... read more
I had a car from the ********* ******* Enterprise at **********************. and ended up having to pay a $150 charge for smoking in the vehicle (cleaning costs). The thing is I have not smoked for 40+ years (I am semi-retired). I was compelled to listen to a staff member, not very interested in diplomacy, and perhaps half my age tell me repeatedly I must be mistaken because he would never make a mistake and send out a car that smelled of smoke. Avoid the Deception!! I had been using Enterprise for several years. Recently, I attempted to rent a car for a road trip. I made the reservation using the exact same debit card that I have always used. It's the only card I have. Everything was fine until I attempted to add my sister as an additional driver. Suddenly, my card was no good. I could not use it at all. Reserved a car after my son's car was totaled. When we got there, there wasn't a car available. Then one rolled up on the lot and they did a quick inspection and sent us on our way. This car was not clean and smelled of cigarettes, so I'm guessing their "quick inspection" was just that and no Disinfecting or cleaning was done before the car was re-rented.
