Where do I start???? I made a reservation for a full-size car and forgot to add drop off to ********** airport option for ***** extra on top of rate charges. I got to counter and asked if I could add that option and she said if I do drop it would costs 300 and it didnt matter where it would be same. She said they have shortages of cars so they need it dropped at same location. My insurance Company Cooperators uses this business for car rentals. My car was destroyed on the 14th, and they told me they would get me a car in a few days. On Friday the 16th they called me at 12:00pm to leave a voice mail saying they have a car for **** return the call on the 16th at 12:10pm only to have them say they gave it to someone else.They are closed for the weekend.On Monday I call them, and they say they will likely have a car later that day.On Tuesday I call them, and suddenly I am told there are a large number... read more

I tried to get a receipt from them and never received one,i called 4 times each time told they would email it. The girl who worked there made a joke about ******** It wasnt funny this happened july 19 2021 at 2:30. The lack of some sort of management oversight is unprofessional. Never again.

At the counter picking up the car, I was talked into paying an extra $400 for insurance that I didnt need. I realized this after I had already driven for 3 hours and called 5 times trying to deal with it. The next day, I called again to confirm that the vehicle needed to be inspected at Midland *********** in order to remove the insurance. This company is a joke. They do not really want your business. Don't bother giving them your phone number and expect them to return your call. I know cars are in short supply but they could at least act as if they cared and tell you that you are probably not going to get a car. Even if the economy improves I will try to avoid doing business with these folks.

I made a car rental reservation in April for Enterprise's Glendale-Mariposa location to pick-up on May 29 and I only found out that morning that this location wasn't even open that day. I was never notified of any changes or any issues with my reservation. My online account listed it as a current/upcoming reservation the whole time. And since that was a holiday weekend, no other location still had cars available. the customer service that i received was very unacceptable . indeed i had placed the reservation 3 weeks in advance a nice car should have been available. instead i was giving a heavily filled car smoke and burnt floorboards that was of the size of a cantaloupe . and i was told that i will have to wait for another vehicle by an employee named ****. which he doesn't know the time frame. so as i submitted a complaint via corporate they swapped out the ****** camry for a ***** malibu with extreme shaking when goes up to speed. ... read more

This is specifically for the ghetto location at *********************************************************************************** 89032...They do not inspect the vehicles mechanically when they are returned for any safety problems they only wash them and send them back out for re-renting and this is a total safety issue. The enterprise rent a car at *******************************************************. Did not pick me up I had to Uber to the location they wouldnt answer there phones. I called the customer service number they would just patch me three to the store that wouldnt answer the phone. Ive emailed called its been 16 days no response from anyone. I was told I would be reimbursed for my Uber ride that hasnt happened. Do not use enterprise they will not pick you up.
