Multiple reservations all lost had to walk with my daughter 3 times a totle of 5 hours and after being promised a rental they refused once I arrived and cooperate office even got involved and they refused still..

I rented a car through ********** **** * *** in Saskatoon at the Central location and the service there was impeccable. They even called be back to ask how my service was after I had issues at the bonnyville location. Upon return of my vehicle at the designated drop off (JD AUTO COLLISION) I asked the front desk staff what I had to do following drop off. They informed me to drop my keys and that was all. We made a reservation on March 28, 2021 with the Enterprise Car Rental at the Downtown ***********, ******** location for Friday, May 7, 2021. Just as we were ready to take off on our flight, a little over 2 hours before we were to pick up the car, we got a text message saying they did not have a vehicle for us. DO NOT RENT WITH ENTERPRISE!!! Listen I have been a loyal customer with ********************** for the past 6 years. We typically spend around $1,000 a month on a rental. Many people say that this is a lot, but we thought it was reasonable for four weeks. Now the rates have almost doubled for the smallest of the vehicles. This company does not care about loyalty or even that you are a platinum tier member. It is basically take it or leave it. I rented a car using my insurance, I got a car that was over the covered amount thru my insurance. I paid my deposit, I ended up having the car for 3 days, instead of the original 1 day. I received a call from *******, who identified himself as a manager, come to find out he was not. He mentioned that I was responsible for the charges I explained to him that either he could reach out to amica or I would, but it will be covered by insurance, my car was done that day, I returned the rental, as I told him I would. We had a rental set up for my husband to drive to to PA for his father's funeral. When my husband showed up he was turned away for out of state license, we had only been here in KS for 4 days when his dad passed and my husband needed to get back East to plan services. We didn't even know he was sick. We were turned away and not allowed to rent. Who does that what does it matter nothing said we had to have a KS license. My midsize SUV rental reservation was not honored by the Enterprise Branch #**** located at *******************************************************************. I had made the reservation online more than 48 hour earlier for pick up 3/26/2021 @ 8:00 AM and drop off 3/28/2021 @ 10:30AM. The online reservation system gave me confirmation and showed several cars and SUVs available at that location. Rented a car Easter Weekend at the location on West Loop in *******. Arrived and they said that they did not have any cars for me. Flew in from **********. There were 4 other people there that had the same issue. What a horrible experience, they were not sorry and offered nothing to help me out. What a horribly run organization. I have been with National Car for years and this is the same company. Stay away from them - poor, poor.
