I reserved a particular class car one month in advance with confirmation so that I could drive my disabled son out of state comfortably for surgery and back home. I went to pick up my car and it's not there. I was offered an upgraded vehicle but was told I'd have to pay ***** vs the **** I was originally quoted! They did not honor an email reservation/price quote that they sent me when I went to the counter at the Reno/Tahoe Airport to pick up my car. They tried to charge me $200 dollars more than what the quote was in the email, then they triggered a fraud alert on my credit card so I could not rent a car anywhere else with that credit card. So their quotes basically cannot be trusted.

At the time of rental, the amount of the estimated cost of the rental plus $200 will be processed on a credit or debit card, and the funds will not be available for use until after the vehicle has been returned. Additional authorizations from your account will be obtained to cover the cost of the rental charges. Enterprise is not responsible for any overdraft fees incurred.
Enterprise has lost me as a customer over $125. I turned in a car on a Saturday about 15 minutes after the location closed and was charged for 3 days even though I called customer service and told them the car was returned and they reassured me that I would only be charged for the day. Called the general manager of the Kansas City branch where I rented the car to be told that, that was their policy and there was nothing he could do about it! 10 years I have been a customer of enterprise! I was not able to pull up your ticket on New Mexico or Colorado. Please email your rental agreement number and location the vehicle was rented from to CustomerServiceFeedback@ehi.com. I will get this escalated for a follow up.
HORRIBLE!!! RIPOFF!!!! If you have full coverage insurance, do not pay for anything extra they offer you. They didn't give us any paperwork!!!! Scammmm!!!!! Go somewhere else if you can to rent your vehicle!!!!
I reserved a Minivan online through the Enterprise website at the * Santa Fe location. I reserved the vehicle over 2 weeks in advance. I received a call the day before pickup stating that they did not have my vehicle available and that they had no other vehicles of that size available to rent. 6/5/21 Had a car reserved and confirmation number I received on 6/3/21. Needed a car to take my mother home to Mississippi for her doctor's appointment. Upon arrival of my reservation time two young adults told me they didn't have any cars available and to come back tomorrow as they locked the door to leave. I rented a car from Enterprise ******** , ** for my trip. I mostly rent from **** and always love the service. Because of my friend told me to get car enterprise and i decided to get from them. I made a reservation on last friday. Girl behind the counter was happily get me there as a first time there and she upgrade my car for free. I never buy insurance i use my full insistence.
