They were late with my car even though they called me to confirm it. I had appointments that day. They caused me miss the first one because they said the car was being cleaned. When I get behind the wheel of the car the windows are filthy. The car smelled so heavy with perfume I had to roll the windows just to breathe. The people were rude. I mean the car wasn't clean. So may I ask why they were late? Punctuality is definitely part of good customer service. Sadly disappointed and frustrated. I guess they all show up for work... read more

Absolutely horrific experience when traveling abroad. I tried to rent a car through my points as a gold member and called customer service from *********. She said I was out of state so no possible way to help me and then she hung up. I chose ***** shortly after and got all the help I needed. Very disappointed at enterprise. Extremely short and rude lady on the phone. Acted like I ruined her day for calling to ask about using points.

I had booked a car for Enterprise-Rent a car on Dec 24, 2021, the booking was confirmed, I had planned a trip to ******** with family and friends. I went specially from ****** to ********* to pick up the vehicle and to my surprise I got an answer that there is no car available even when we had the booking, the responsible person asked me that they have no car and all bookings stand cancelled, there was no intimation from Enterprise and they informed me that there are no cars only when I went to them to pick up the vehicle. The selection of cars at this location is sub-par at best. I have gone through 3 rental cars in a week. First car, a ****** Corolla, when it died put me at incredible risk and wasted 1 hr. of my life and I only had the car for 3 days. Battery died in bank parking lot, waited 40 mins. for tow truck to jump battery, car started, 2 mins. into the ride to Enterprise it sputtered (almost died at closest traffic light) and less than 10 mins. up the road it totally died (the dashboard lit up with lit icons and messages about system... read more

DON'T GO TO THIS ENTERPRISE LOCATION ********************************************************************. There is something TOTALLY wrong here. We used many time Enterprise no problems. Clean cars, everything smooth. This time hen doing the visual inspection before getting the car I pointed out several scratches to ******, he said not to worry, they know they are there. Over the years, I've had several rentals through Enterprise Car Rental and the **************** remains one of the worst experiences I've ever had. In the past, they have lost my reservation and I've had to go to another office in another town and recently, declined my reservation because I had moved my residence since the last rental. I was disappointed to learn today that we were charged an extra $10 a day for our rental because of ************** we made at the time when we picked up the car. The rental was to be covered by our insurance company by $30 a day. We were charged an extra $10 a day for choosing a larger vehicle. This was not something that was verbalized to us at the time when the car was picked up. We had rental due to a car wreck. Once the insurance ran out after a month, my wife spoke to a u to ping girl at this location about our rental. The girl asked if we wanted the insurance and my wife said no. The girl said "we'll it will be on there a couple of days and you can call us if you want to keep it on there". When we turned the car in a several weeks later the full insurance charge was on there for over $1200.
