I DONT WANT TO GIVE THEM A STAR. ITS NOT WORTHED. THIS COMPANY PROTECT THEIR CUSTOMERS AS THEIR COMPANY EVENT IF IT MEANS DOING HARM TO ANOTHER PERSON. I GOT INTO A CAR ACCIDENTWITH A PERSON WHO RENT A CAR FROM THEM AND THEY DO NOT WNAT TO GIVE ME ANY INFORMATION WHEN THIS IS NECESSARY TO FILE A CLAIM. I WAS IN MY CAR WQITH MY SON. THIS ACCIDENT COULD HAVE BEEN WORST IF I WOULD BE CLOSER TO THE OTHER CAR. NOW NOBODY IS GIVING ME ANY INFORMATION. I CANNOT FILE A CLAIM. THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING

Worst rental experience EVER! The car broke down less than 24 hours after pick up and Enterprise left my daughter and I stranded in rural *********** for 2 days. They sent a tow truck and picked up the broken car and never sent a replacement car. There were no taxis or **** services available, again we were in very rural ***********. Absolutely horrible counter experience. Husband and I are traveling for funeral and found out due to covid funeral home will not be providing transportation services for family. We rented with enterprise before so figured this would be a breeze. Were reckless with my credit card and whom ever had the rental car after me must have went through tolls in *** and it hit off that license plate that still had my card attached to it. Both reps at the customer service numbers (not the local location, they were nice) didnt seem too concerned and one flat out did not believe me that I did not do it, the other promised theyd investigate it and call me back within a day. i reserved a car to pick up on Friday 2/11/22, A confirmed reservation number was received . I received a phone call from an Enterprise employee on 2/11 at ;7::00 am telling me that they wont have anything available for me. I asked if they could check with other nearby locations to see if they will have anything. He said they don't have the capability to check, I asked if he can call any of the locations. he told me to call. This is beyond unprofessional.
We rented a very nice truck from Enterprise in *******, ****. They told ** the truck was for sale and if we were interested in purchasing it, we would have to take it to the ********** Location for a price appraisal. We did this and the person there said this one is not for sale but we have one in ********** that they could ship over for us to look at. I rented with enterprise in ******** through insurance because i had got into an accident. When my insurance said they'd stop paying for it, i was told by ***** that i could renew a contract. I don't have enough words to express how bad everyone is at this location. We had a rental car for over two months payed to them directly through *************** They gave us a pick up truck when we payed for our vehicle over 100k less than two months ago. *******, manager is the rudest person. He deserves to be fired (I'm hiring an attorney, calling BBB & contacting corporate) and shouldn't be dealing with customers.
