I wish I could give this company 0 stars. I ALWAYS have an issue when trying to rent from them. Reservations are placed well in advance but when you arrive to pick up your rental its not ready, or hasn't been returned yet, or THERE ARE NO CARS AVAILABLE. The hours of operation change overnight. I had instances where staff has left early leaving me with no vehicle, my reserved car has been given away, told that class of car that I reserved was initially showing available online but now is not actually at the location. I began my rental in late August 2023 from Enterprise **** ************** in *************** ** after my daughter was in a car accident. My insurance company had a contract with them for lower rates and fixed amount for deposits. Beware of renting from Enterprise. I regret renting from them. I rented a vehicle from them that had damage. I reported the damage to the attendant and was told not to worry and that I would not be blamed for the existing damage. After I returned the vehicle they filed a claim against me for the very damage I had pointed out before taking the vehicle. I disputed the claim but they will not drop it.

Worse customer service ever! I rented a vehicle from Enterprise Rental in **************, ** around the 18th of September which i was told that the insurance would only cover 3 days so return it back on Friday. When we got there to return the vehicle, we were told that they could not change out the vehicle because there was no vehicles for that insurance price quote and there were no vehicles period to rent so keep what we has turn it in. I was in a tough spot and needed a rental car while my car was in the shop got what I believed to be only for a week. That turned out to be almost two weeks and made my reservation online. Went the morning off to pick up my car and was given a car with transmission damage initially and they knew who wouldnt??? The brought it back and was forced in another one that wreaked of weed. I rented a vehicle at Enterprise in ****** ** Sep 5 the first car smelled horrible like smoke I called the office and I was told to call other stores and check if they had a seven seater I did I called the ************** location I went in and got another car in the morning the car had a flat tire I was told to take the car back because I was not allowed to drive on the spare tire I went back to the store I got a minivan I drove it home and I saw tht it had expired tags and registration I called lefts messages email and stil... read more

We rented a car from enterprise July 31st, picked up that morning at the airport in ***....we walked to the car and on the windshield was a parking ticket...we took inside and told the man behind the counter we had not even touched the car yet ...he said he would take care of it, well WE just got billed for this parking ticket and they won't help us....never rent from these folks

Rented a car with bed bugs and they just switched cars n refunded my money but we I had to replace car seat stroller and my baby bag. The car was infested I have videos and photos to prove. Gold tier customer as well they didnt even offer us nothing!!! Manager wouldn't even return my call and they sent someone to get the infested car and they had to drive it without protection my family and baby all bitten up..
