The car we rented was in a previous accident and we were not told about it. We were informed by them that the hubcap was lost in a car wash. But when the front fender was coming off and a mechanic said that it had happened before we got the car and that it had been in an accident. We are now being charged for it and it was reported to our insurance. We now have to wait three hours for an available car. My mother is 77 years old and they are trying to take advantage of her.

Many of us only leave reviews when we are angry about a problem but I recently had an excellent experience with Enterprise in *****, **. I also had a positive experience at ************, **.We arrived at the *********** with a reservation for a car from NU. You can read their reviews yourself but they left us stranded by doubling our price with a "mandatory" insurance charge which is not mandatory (by the state, as they claimed). The worst experience I ever had was renting from **** manager of the ********* ** location. We had a car reserved for over a week. Called the day before picking it up and was told it was all good. The day we were getting it 2 hrs before our pickup she calls RUDE as can be telling us we are not getting a car they dont have any. She REFUSED to help was so disgusting on a recorded line. On September 1, 2023 I went to the enterprise location at ******************************** to use the free rental that the manager Deardis had given me when he was at another location, but told me I had to use it at his current location. Before I tried to use it on the 1st I ran into him as I was returning another vehicle and asked him was the 1 free day still good and he said yes and nothing else. They did an unauthorized charge on my card. I was sent to them by state farm through an insurance claim. My car was hit by one of state farm customers. I paid the deposit for the rental. However, when it was time to pick my actual car up from the shop, the shop called me and said it was delayed. So I had to keep the rental additional days until my car was ready. Can I give neg stars. Trying to charge me for something I paid for 10 years ago and put me on a do not rent list because of their own s**** up that they won't fix unless I can show proof of payment from 10 YEARS AGO!!

This company is scamming people out of money by telling them their insurance will pay for rental but they have to pay the taxes on the rental. They are then giving the customer a more expensive car than their insurance will pay for and charging them for the upgrade. They sent me paperwork for one price then sent my insurance another price. Never did they ask me if I wanted an upgrade. I had rental reservation at this location through AAA and pick up the only mini van they had on there lot available. The employees absolutely HATED their jobs and were not helpful at all. The van was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! I swear its never ever been clean in its entire use! Ive called corporate three times and they were no help at all and now Im having to drive throughout my city to exchange this vehicle for something at least drivable that Im willing to put my kids in.
