Two of our cars had hail damage, so our insurance adjuster set up appointments with Enterprise to pick us up at 9:15am today and reserved 2 rental cars for us. When we dropped our cars off at the body shop, Enterprise was not there so I called them. They said that they have our reservations but don't have any cars to give us. Incredible. We carry rental car coverage on our insurance and now we can't even get a rental car because Enterprise took 2 reservations for cars they did not have. If I could give a 0 star I would. The Enterprise located in **********, ******* at ************************************************************** is terrible. There is no reason why a customer should have to wait TWO hours on a vehicle when prior reservation was confirmed. This has ruined my travel day and I will not be using them again. Others in the ********** area, STAY AWAY.

My experience with Enterprise in ********* was very disappointing. The rental car was dirty inside and out. Seats had stains that had not been properly cleaned. What got me was once I got on the interstate the tire blew out. I feel they did not properly check the car out. I feared for my life on that very busy interstate. I had to call for a state trooper to change tire.

Reserved a car for 1-way travel through their representative/agent. Received a confirmation number and voucher to check in on their app. Arrived 2 hours later to ****************************, *********** ** location and was flatly refused the rental because the location did not want to rent the vehicle for a one-way travel and supposedly rented it out already (even though their lot was full of vehicles.Wasted 2 hours time and money for Uber to travel to location for rental only to find out at pickup that the rental was not a... read more

Yes, We rented a vehicle with you enterprise and drove to our destination we received 2 warning lights for tires and oil and filter maintenance! Now instead of doing what we had planned for the day we are spending it waiting for the car service to be done! I called the local branch we rented from and all they offered us was a 10% for a lost day of what we had planned! I asked for an extra day for free and was told no that's all my manager said they could do??we only had 2 days to do what we had planned! Thanks ******, ** Ent... read more

I would give less than one star if possible. Very unorganized, and not knowledgable about their contracts the with insurance companies they deal with. There was another lady in at the same time complaining why didnt yall tell me you didnt have a car available for me. Enterprise ***************, **

Very bad experience. Would never rent from Enterprise again. They don't care about their customers. We arrived to rent the car and they told us we had an outstanding claim from 2 yrs ago and therefore we could not rent the car. They had called us the day before to make sure we would be there to pick up the car and did not mention this. And you would thinkg the sustem would not allow us to rent if this is the case. The manager feels threatened by loud voices and will call the police if your voice is too loud! I had complete the rental forms and had put my things in a rental when the new employee stated she had to cancel every and start over so we went i side leaving my things in the vehicle. Turns out my credit card declined because I had used to it secure the room out of state and I was frustrated but moved money to my account from my savings and paid the bill! I will never rent from enterprise again Ive used you all for years now. I got the car and it was at half a tank. The employee told me all I gotta do is bring it at half a tank. Well I brought it back between 3/4-full tank. And she said I brought it back 5 gallons less then when I got it. So she charged me an extra $4.75 a gallon for the difference. She kept saying her computer wasnt wrong but wouldnt go check the car or reach out to the guy that rented it to me she did not care to resolve the problem at all.
