Received terrible customer service from a counter associate at Enterprise. I walked in to get a rental because my truck was getting serviced at the dodge dealership. Whenever they took my information down it had a do not rent note on their tablet saying I owed them $1300. I understand about not renting to a customer because of an outstanding balance but the issue was when the employee basically yells customer issues out to mutiple people while store is busy. Denied a rental as my license has a break in it , it is valid and excepted at airports and by peace officers Why not enterprise , when talking with corporate they say that they are not to do that , i returned a rental yeasterday from same location they excepted it last few times without incident .. seems the salesman today has a problem accepting my license ????? i dont get it, this made things very difficult as i wasted time and energy getting to this location to be denied a rental the very next day

Had no problems. ***** at the *********** location was very friendly and helpful. Rental process took less than ten minutes. Picked up the car when I needed it. Thanks again

Basic company. if you only use them once, you'll probably have a decent experience. However, when you use them a lot, you're bound to have an unpleasant one. My unpleasant experience: After booking the rental 2 weeks in advance as I usually did, my 2 daughters and I, 3 females, were traveling alone to visit a sick relative and we got into ********** around midnight. What started as a good experience has turned into such an awful experience. I was sent a parking violation citation over a month ago- upon investigation- the parking garage had the wrong date and I was not the individual renting the car at the actual time the violation took place. I have sent this proof in at least 4 times- both to individual people and to the citationdocumentation. Nobody is helping to resolve it. Nobody is aware of it. Wish I could put zero stars!!! DO NOT BOOK A VEHICLE WITH THEM!!! We had a reservation and were scheduled to pick up at 11am to leave for a business trip in *********, we had to cancel!! Because they said they might get one by tonight!!! What Im the world!! This is absolutely absurd and the most ridiculous thing Ive experienced! HORRID BUSINESS!!!

I have worked with ***************************** from ****************, VA ****** multiple times (regrettably my car keeps getting hit while innocently parked on the street). ****************** recommends Enterprise for rentals and I have been lucky enough to work with ******* each time. ******* is friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, kind, and energetic -- always greets you with a smile. I recommend ******* and Enterprise if you need to rent a car.

I attempted to make a reservation, however was unable to do so online. Went into a local office and requested a rental for one day, possibly two. I was not given a contract. The car was very dirty, had no hubcaps on both front tires, drove kind of wobbly. I spoke to ************* about swapping out the car if I kept it an additional day. I rented a minivan through Enterprise website for a one-day rental, from 6pm on Aug 21 to 6pm on Aug 22. The pickup location is in ************, ** (36 *********), the drop-off location is in *********, **. It informed me that the ********* branch will close at 5pm, but I can return after hour at 6pm.
