Charged me $350 without notice for a "lost key." I have the freaking key. In fact they probably wouldn't even have known I had the key if I hadn't tried reaching out to them to see what I could do to get the key back to them. Trying to get on the phone with one of these people is like pulling teeth. Please avoid the *** Enterprise at ALL COST. It's a money drain. I think they are running a scam. Repair shop that we were using provided a rental car through this Enterprise location. I returned the rental car to the repair shop for pick-up by Enterprise. It was left in perfect condition. That evening we received notification that the car's front passenger bumper was damaged, hanging off the car. Enterprise filed a loss damage report with a claim against me/my insurance. The situation happened in February. Rented an suv, drove home, realized that it was very uncomfortable and didnt meet my expectations. Called an office, got an answer Yes, maam, we can change it for minivan FOR THE SAME PRICE. They did. Waited and fighter for my $300 deposit A MONTH! Finally got it. Today, October, 30 received a bill for $36.50. What it is?! Hate it! Also, theres no manager to talk to.

Would provide a below zero rating if I could. Enterprise in ******, **** perimeter loop location left me in without a car on Oct. 10, 2023. My car would not start. Called Enterprise at 11:30 to reserve a car. Told I had one and given a confirmation # to pick up around 1:30 On way to pick up got a call from manager ******** so say no car available, but a minivan was available. THE ABSOLUTELY WORST SERVICE. I reserved a rental, gave them all my information including address. I then called 6 times prior to going to the store to confirm everything that I would need and that I could pay using my debit card. I was told I could pay with my debit as long as I brought a credit card to have on file. I recently had surgery so am on crutches and had my daughter with me. I informed enterprise that I was only 20 years old and was in a car accident that insurance would not cover a rental car. I informed them of this when I called and they told me I could book a reservation and get a rental the next day. I am a college student and had to miss one of my classes to make it to the rental as well as drive 30 minutes to get there. The agent at ******************** was great. She was efficient, knowledgeable and corrected a mistake made during the reservation process. She also saved me money and upgraded my vehicle. Great job Tajay!

Reserved a van 2 weeks Ago to carry around Family visiting from our of town. Received a call the week I need the car telling me there was a recall on the passenger van and they could not rent it out! I asked for a copy of the recall they said "they just received" and conveniently ******* couldn't find it in her email or tell the me vehicle type so I could confirm .
