Outstanding facility. They took great care of my father. I always felt welcome to visit. All of the staff, from the reception, nurses, caseworkers, and meal service providers were so friendly and pleasant. I truly felt he received the best care from everyone at Encompass and that they treated him like they were taking care of their own family member!
I am the wife of patient Tom Longin. Very impressed with the quality of care, attention to detail, friendliness, environmental details. All staff are first rate- Doctors, nurses, nurse assistants, case managers. I am so grateful for Encompass and it’s proximity to our home!
During the past week, my wife has been taken care of at Encompass Bluffton. The staff there was very professional and very knowledgeable. They went out of their way to ensure she was taken care of 24 hours a day. I would especially like to thank Emily for all her patience and understanding with my wife.
