i was just down there and this man have covid and was seating in da waiting room where other peoples and didnt tell no one thats a nasty emergency room and i had a bad experience never again will i return to that hospital

Brought my 90 year old mother to the Er with chest pain snd shortness of breath. The triage team was rude and would not allow me to provide background and patient history. The actually called security to me as a tried to get my mother care. I immediately took my mother across the street to Northside for some compassionate care. Do not recommend this facility.

I’ve been seeing Dr Verbitsky for 15 years. I’m 60 years old and she is by far the most thorough, compassionate and trustworthy Dr I’ve ever had. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone in a heartbeat!

I was scheduled for a port to be implanted. I called to find out the info for my driver. I experienced some problems. I was escalated to Jessica B Hawkins,who is supposed to be a manager. I was treated poorly. I got her info and told her I was going to complain. The next thing I know,the port appointment I've been waiting for over a month for canceled by Ms. Hawkins. I hate it here I’ve been here since Tuesday and I really see it’s about the money and not my health . Once I leave here I’ll never come back and be seen here again .
