This hospital has always had great service. ER, hospital, and staff. I'm currently admitted after my gallbladder removal, and have had a phenomenal team of nurses and doctors.
After being asked was my primary doctor was out of Elmhurst hospital and me saying Loyola .I was shocked to hear from Nurse,and Doctors of why didn't I just go there..Totally rude.But I must say that they took great care of me
Edit: I'm editing my review as I sit up with my newborn that Elmhurst/Edwards Hospital just helped me deliver on 4/16/19. I cannot explain how happy I was with all of the OBG Drs (Adeli, Chang, Freeman and Doyle), their nurses, front desk staff, every single labor and delivery nurse, the lactation consultants, and pediatric Drs that took care of us. Got me in on time. Nice pre op room. Everyone did a great job and made me feel well cared for. Was in and out in about 2 1/2 hours, with a job well done! Very pleased.
This hospital is a joke !!!!!! Sat there for 5 hours while having the worst body pain EVER !!!! I have never experienced this in my life !!!!! So I go here and wait 5 hours for them to give me one pain injection and a chest xray !!!! Only to have spoke to the doctor for about 5 minutes. Well came back from xray and the nurse is standing there and says she has the discharge papers Im ready to go. Umm ok. This was TRULY a 5star stay and they got to the bottom of my health problems I am truly satisfied with their services
Outstanding nurses, docs,staff and facility, just make sure to bring your phone or radio if you are being admitted as no Cubs on their room TVs. Embarrassing, come on now Elmhurst!
Worst care I have ever received. Inconsiderate. Lack of any type of compassion for human beings.
