Waited 4 1/2 hours in the ER. 4 more hours in the room for MRI results.

Had an ultrasound done recently for my pregnancy, the girl that did it was so sweet and went above and beyond for me. She let me watch and explained everything she was doing and what she was looking for. With a few minutes to spare she nicely let me get a good look at my baby. She was very sweet and professional!!
So as for the nurses and staff they all are pretty professional and give good care. (For the most part, this er doctor I had a few months ago was awful.) However I have been having multiple problems with the billing department. They coded my diagnosis wrong and refuse to fix it so the insurance can pay them. Had the billing call me multiple times asking for me to pay of 140k in bills for a surgery and stay there. I called my insurance only to find out that Elmhurst is refusing to fix the coding error and also refuse to send ... read more
This is absolutely the worst. Waiting in the ER for over 2 hours. Haven't even seen s doctor yet. Can't even go to another hospital due to Medicare. You never believe it there's an elderly lady 90 years old on the park bench outside the ER doors cause there's no place for her inside. People have been waiting for over 4 hours now.
