I went to the urgent care in Oswego and they billed it as an outpatient hospital visit, instead of urgent care. Now instead of a $25 copay I have a bill over a $1000. I was told by Rick, the supervisor of Revenue in customer service that the registration didn’t not have to explain or were trained to explain how this facility bills. He was so rude on the phone, talked over me the whole time. I work at Northwestern Medicine and not once have I encountered such a rude person. Edward-Elmhurst you should be ashamed
No better no worse than any other therapy mill . I think a personal trainer would be better .
The ICU nurses work so hard and are so wonderful! I'm amazed! I highly recommend Edwards hospital�
My husband just got home after a operation and was in the new spinal ward. He had excellent care as well as very thoughtful and kind nurses and staff. He hopes he doesn't have to go back in the hospital but if he did this is where he would go. �
Could not wait to get discharged. Was ready to jump out the window. Useless lazy staff on med surg floor 3. Small rooms badly configured. Only went here because of the surgeon. Never again. They could not pay me to stay here again. Contacting admin Monday.
Stop deceptive pricing/billing practices and hire competent medical personnel. We do not appreciate you getting back to us on the price of the procedure when the procedure is already in progress and we can't turn back. We also don't appreciate being double-billed for the same service. And a minor procedure does not cost 8000 dollars I don't care what excuses you have. Waiting 40 minutes at their Plainfield walk-in clinic! I could have gone to Walgreens and been out quicker. There is no other patients else here, according to the receptionist. The quality of care has dropped tremendously since they partnered with Elmhurst.
This is the most professional staff we've encountered to date. They are friendly, courteous, upbeat, and always attentive to our needs. The nurses and their assistants are great to have around you and they give you all the attention you need (and just a little bit more). I can't say enough good things about them notto mention the cleanliness of the facility, ample parking and a great cafeteria. High 5's to the staff and Dr's.
In my personal opinion Wonderful staff, nurses, doctors and radiology techs! The care I have received this past week really showed what our Edward team really does! I am so great full for the care I received this week! You all our the best!!! I’m so happy I work here!!! ���
