I enjoyed my overall outpatient experience. All of the lab/x-ray techs were friendly. The only complaint I have is with the registration lady I had in booth H . She was very rude with me after my insurance came back with no coverage and after calling my insurance they said she was billing it wrong and when I told her she how she was supposed to bill it she got snippy and short with me. I've been coming to Edward Hospital for 14 years. I won't go to any other hospital in the area. I receive excellent care. My primary I've had for the last 7 years and I wouldn't go to anyone else. She oversees all my care including keeping in touch with my specialist I have. The hospitals ER staff, doctors and nurses overall are excellent. There have been a few issues over 14 years and they have always been taken care of asap. It is the best hospital in the area.

Even though I was there for treatment can I say I was happy to be there. Great staff and treatment. Responsive to all my needs. Yulia, Diane, Riva, Matt, the Er staff responded to my needs very quick. And the many doctors. Thank you all. Could not have been in a better place.
I came from out of state to have surgery with a specialist. Every person I encountered was caring and compassionate. I was impressed with anesthesia for listening to my concerns and doing extra monitoring to make sure I was safe. The nurses pre and post surgery were incredible. I never had to ask for anything. They were constantly asking if I needed this or that. We were there way longer than anticipated because of my medical condition. I never felt like they were rushing me out the door.
