Great Staff and Good Service Just need to be more caring to comfort the patient and better communication with each other on knowing what the patients received and needs.

Worst hospital ever. Some Drs. are great but others take a week or so to get back to you. Could be their staff but Dr is responsible for his staff. Scheduling or calling for anything has been terrible. I have talked with administrators but seems nothing changed. Don't ask for referrals because I don't think they have a clue. My concerns are not for a just for a hangnail, but are real concerns. Save yourself and pick a another hospital.
Good hospital. Doctors are great, helpful. Hospital staff are nice and pleasant. Wait times in ER is usually no more than 2 hours when it's heavy. Most of the times its way less than that in ER. Physical therapy staff are wonderful.
Some of the nurses was good but the nurse who was prepping me for surgery wasn't to nice But the night shift nurse are very nice the food is very good
I went to an immediate care facility for a sinus infection. I was in & out in less than an hour. Elmhurst sent me a bill for $1,021. I saw the doctor for less than 5 minutes & a nurse for less than 10. Highway robbery. I will never use an Elmhurst facility again.
Wonderful staff. Easy and free parking. I did have to wait long for my appointment and the waiting rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Very clean facilities.
