Afternoon 1.5 hr visit to one of Edwards Immediate Care clincs ran up a bill of $2,183, because while advertising as an Immediate Care clinic, that go behind your back and bill the Insurance as Hospital Visit. Go to a different Immediate Care if you don't want to get ripped off.
Staff was friendly and very helpful. Everybody went above and beyond to make my daughter feel comfortable and relaxed.
Inconsistant, nasty, rude, with the exception of some Professional Doctors Nurses and Technicians this hospital lacks basic common courtesy be very careful in choosing this hospital check and double check everyone and everything.
Amazing doctors and staff all around one of the best in the country
I can't describe how much I hate this place. I have never had a good experience. File complaints with Patient Advocate every single time and it never gets better.

Horrible billing system! I have heath insurance and I was billed $13,000 for a recent outpatient small surgery! Left them messages and haven't heard back! No claim has been submitted to my insurance company from the hospital. Very frustrating! wont be going back to this hospital ever again!!!!
ER staff was tremendous kind and efficient. Surgeon was really ready to answer all my questions. Anesthesiologist was very good. Nurses (every RN and PCT). Were kind helpful and knowledgeable. Getting ready for discharge. Thank you Edwards
