Such nice people, and great care! They saved my life back in May!
The services are good but their billing department won’t send a bill to the correct address but they can sure send the bill to a collection agency. I called in April 2019 and the young lady told me she had to go into another system to see what mailing address they had on file. Low and behold they had been sending bills to my old address (even though I gave them the new address when I went to the ER) and on the call with the hound lady but still no bill just a collection agency notice.

Charge a reasonable fee for services instead of ripping people and insurance companies off. Whoever sets the price for some of their services is downright evil. They may be saving lives, but they're making a killing doing it. I'm outraged. I called three different times about an outrageous bill, and I got the runaround.

If your sick and have to be in the hospital this is the best place to be. Love all the doctors and the nurses! I was on the 5th floor and ever nurse and PCT was amazing.
Very rude staff, couldn’t provide a pillow/refused to look for one. Now my backs tighter than hell they provided a sheet as a blanket claiming they had none left. How do you run out of blankets and pillows?! You guys are the definition of horrible hospitality. Did not feel comfortable at all. My discharge also took over an hour.
I love this Hospital and the people who work here. I was there all day yesterday with chest pains and they were very thorough, kind, concern and most important caring. Thank you ER staff great job.
We brought our 15 month in around 6 am she was having difficulty breathing. The Peds was not open until 9 am so they put us in a regular room. After a wild goose chase for a weight table. The room they put is in the remote didn't work for the tv and the bathroom linked to our room was out of order. Once placed into that room with the help of the front deck it took 45 minutes for someone to come in.
