Horrific service/conversation today from Colleen in #RPWObstetrics billing dept. When asking about an invoice that was sent 11 months after an appointment (obviously I was confused about what I was billed for almost a year later), I received nothing but complete attitude and sarcastic responses such as "That's not really my problem" and "Well gee, I'm assuming the invoice is from a doctor visit". I’ll be honest, I love my kids doctor/orthopedic doc and a lot of the staff... But I have two asthmatic daughters and in an unfortunate event I needed a simple letter from their doctor for ComEd. Their doctor is out of town until Monday and I really needed this letter Thursday. It’s been sweltering all week and weekend, do you think any of the doctors on staff who have SEEN my kids had the heart or humanity to write the dang letter? NO! hospital stay for my mom was months long, doctors, nurses, and most staff is wonderful but had many problems in the wildflower café. the bubbly morning cashier is wonderful as well as the redheaded cook, but the two Spanish speaking ladies were rude many times over! My husband got a sandwich from the blonde one at the deli no problem but I was right behind him and she walked way and was talking to the other one who walked away from her register and left the bubbly one to take care of everyone; which she did with a smile. we ... read more
Hospital is wonderful, Drs and staff are great but it is ridiculous the legnth of time it takes to clean a room and transport a patient!!!!

Don't know what they doing , nurses very rude . I wouldn't recommend this hospital to anyone nice hospital but rude workers EVERY time I come here
I was in and out of the ER for a miscarriage and complications afterwards. I've never received so much love and support from any other hospital. They offered anything and everything I needed to be okay.
