It is an impressive building with wonderfully nice and caring workers. I was there for a serious check-up and I enjoyed every second of my visit and every one of the dozen or more people who were involved. Although it seems to be a giant city, everybody strives to be friendly, caring, and pleasant, adding humor when appropriate. We are very lucky to have Elmhurst Hospital and it's professional people here.
This review is specifically for Sarah and Ben in the Critical Care ICU. You both treated me, my mother and family with compassion and care during the hardest time of our lives. Thank you for being understanding, listening to my fears and years during those early morning hours and in my mother's last hours with us. I have used the services there many times. I had a mammo, and bone densitometry work drawn there about 8 months ago. When I got my EOB, I thought I probably wouldn’t have much more to pay. About 2 months later, out of the blue, I received a bill for 400.00 I paid $100.00, the first time. Months went by, I received a bill for the $300. I again paid $100.
