I had a test at EMHC and was asked to make a payment because my insurance would not pay in full. I did make the payment. Now I CANT GET the MONEY BACK. They were paid in full by my insurance company and owe me $246.00. I have worked in medical billing for 30 years and the excuses, no return phone calls, and total INCOMPETENCE of billing staff is unbelievable. What happens to people that are unfamiliar with insurance billing? you keep their money!!
Unfortunately their customer service is, especially when it comes to billing and coding, could not be worse or more apathetic to their customers. It seems as if no one will go the extra step to help/correct a perceived issue. We will be looking to other health and hospital systems for our family's needs based on our experiences with what seems would have been something to easily fix, if anyone actually cared.
The doctor, nurses and other staff have been absolutely wonderful! I have been Blessed today!! Thank God for bringing me here!! ��
RecommendedMy experience was in the cath lab this time. Every nurse there was wonderful! so caring, responsive and professional. Kudos to all you outstanding nurses!
3/17 I was having a heart attack and I'm from out of town. The staff were all great and I always felt at ease and that they were doing everything possible to make me comfortable. The nurses and staff in ER and 3rd floor are great. Btw, I'm doing great and no permanent damage to the heart.
My son had surgery yesterday and every encounter we had from the surgeon’s office visit to pre-admission, pre-op, anesthesia, to recovery and through discharge was smooth. Everyone was informative, helpful, patient and caring. We can’t say enough good things about Dr. Dairyko too.
