The nurse in er was great as well as my nurses and techs after getting admitted to 3rd floor...on the other hand i do understand it was a holiday but it took 3days to get a needed MRI and getting answers was like pulling teeth.
One of the least diverse places in Naperville...and that's saying something 🤷🏾♀️
The staff members from the hyperbaric oxygen clinic are the best in their field.

I had a procedure Sept 5 to determine if the nodule on my thyroid had any cancer. I could not have expected any better explanation and treatment of and during the procedure. My experience with Edward Hospital has been great throughout all my procedures during numerous years.
It was the best hospital stay ever. The nurses the assistance the doctors down to the room service staff were excellent. Everybody was concerned if I had everything I needed if I was comfortable they were phenomenal
I came in though the ER and wound up on a 6 day stay. Thanks docs Wisniewski, Ghelani, Chase.very single person that so much as checked a pulse, give me meds, even the transporters were awesome!! My nurses & techs when I left were what made me sad! The nurses, Shannon, Stephanie, Ericka (just the few nurses names I remember) there was also a Sam, and just to name a couple Jasmine, Thomas & Sheila techs that all made me feel special! Very attentive. Never had to wait for a doctor they were in my room throughout the day consistently. Went over me with a fine tooth comb. No complaints.
1 Start horrible sitting around for a drug test at Edwards. Usually service slow but what else is new. Going on 1 in a half.
