Treatment at the Elmhurst Emergency Room was very good, but I had repeated difficulties with the billing department. Multiple times had my automatic payment plan stop for no reason, then would get a threatening letter about being past due. I would call to fix it, be told it was fixed, then the same issue the next month. Now my bill has been paid completely for several months, but they are continuing to pull my automatic payment. I had outpatient surgery here. Every staff member was kind and compassionate. I really felt at ease and was well taken care of. I am choosing to have my next surgery there. I like how they have a Walgreens there and your sent home with your meds.
