We just spent the night in the Pediatric Unit with our 2yo after he was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. The love and care we were provided was above and beyond! The nurses and doctors not only took wonderful care of our son, but offered such wonderful support for us. We obviously needed to learn a lot with our new diagnosis, and they provided wonderful education and we never felt rushed. Thank you so much for making a very emotional time in our lives so much easier. We will be forever grateful for you! �
Childrens emergency room was excellent. They actually listened to my daughter unlike most emergency rooms in the area.
I would have given 5 stars if I hadn't been in a post op room for two hours waiting for procedure with a non working call button and tv volume control. The staff was professional and the facility was clean
We had the best experience at this hospital this month! We were terrified as the whole birth experience was new to us so we weren't sure how it was going to go, but it was perfect. We had excellent nurses and Dr. Kathryn Kemnetz was phenomenal at delivering our baby girl! All staff had tons of patience and treated us with respect! We highly recommend this hospital to delivering your newborn here.
Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable..Volunteers will do anything for you. During my day stay, we had a pizza party..
I am a chronic pain suffer with many ailments including a nasty autoimmune disease. I was tired of how I had been treated from another hospital. I wanted a fresh approach to treatment and was tired of being treated like a drug seeker. Edwards Hospital has gone above and beyond in helping manage my condition as well as the symptoms. Now, I will only come here for treatment and services. I have run into the occasional issue here and there but it's always been resolved quickly. Thank you for the excellent care!
Gave me the wrong diagnosis, which ended up being serious. Didn’t take their time with me and wouldn’t listen to my symptoms. They always seem in a rush and too busy. Never again
My wife and I have both been to Edwards for fairly serious issues and the care was excellent and equally important, all the staff from receptionist to Doctors are very nice people.
