We can not say enough about Dr Salti and Dr Dahdehla’s Surgical Oncology Team & all of the amazing caregivers on 7 CCU (especially Sam, Ericka, Sarah, & Jackie). They were all very professional, knowledgeable, and Attentive, and yet still very caring and patient with our Tribe of Supporters after my mom had a HIPEC Combination Surgery. We were pleasantly surprised with World Class Surgeons and a World Class Support Team! Thank you all so very much!
Pediatric ER Staff was INCREDIBLE! Communication was outstanding and caring. The Pediatric Nurses are being helpful, caring, sensitive and understanding! No question was too small and all needs were taken care of. I'll NEVER go to another ER or hospital! Turned an extremely stressful situation into an overall positive experience.
Dr. Painter did a great job and the nursing staff was OUTSTANDING!
Dr. Eldewek is wonderful. Everything about the visit was smooth and easy.
I couldn't have gotten better care....if possible I will always drive the extra miles....wont be going to St Joe's or Silver Cross again....i had been called back before they could sit me in a wheelchair..and the nurses were waiting by the door for us ....very clean room and was never left wondering what was going on...
The pediatric ER is outstanding. Very knowledgable, fast service, courteous, personable. Really respect the pediatric staff.
I came in with my mother at 11 am. She had surgery at 830pm. It seems s now 2am. She was supposed to be in ICU, in a room, 2 hours ago. I guess she's still in recovery. I here in ICU waiting room ... waiting. No one here knows exactly where she is.
Had a few visits, the care was fine. But if you have any billing questions or concerns..... forget about it. Dealt with a very rude, unprofessional person in accounts. They send you the first bill no problem... if you expect them to contact you with a new statement, they won’t. They’ll send your debt to collections before sending a new statement. Not even worth trying to talk to someone!!
Nurses and Techs on the 4th floor were fantastic. Caring, compassionate, and professional.
