Everyone went above and beyond to make my daughters stay as comfortable and stress-free as possible. Everyone who came to visit compared her accommodations to staying in a studio apartment! Thank you to the amazing staff!
Great hospital but worst emergency department ever!
The wait time is ridiculous, and the customer service is horrible! I was in the triage and the nurse went to take my temperature and forgot to put the temp cover on the probe, before I knew it, it was in my mouth. No apology or anything. Then they put me in a room that looked like a jail cell, the room didn't have a bed table, no chairs if I would have been accompanied by someone, I asked the receptionist and she appointed me to a table in the hall way to push in the room myself!
