I hope that you like being hurt or sick and just sitting around. The staff really couldn't care any less about you, I think that if you died, it would just be one more name to highlight as done.
The people in the ER were great. Informative and warm and helpful. Had to be there for almost 6 hours because of tests, but they did their best to make sure we were comfortable.
Receptionists, Nurses and Doctors are always pleasant and take care to see you quickly. Doctor answers any questions you have regardless of time. I felt comfortable and trust their diagnosis. Never had a problem there.
My 2nd day in a row at the ER, due to extreme pain....They decided to admit me overnight...but while I wait for a room I am currently in a bed in the hallway of the ER. Because apparently a patient with more money and better insurance needed my room in the ER...So while I lay here next to the nurses station like the ugly stepchild of the family with a view of my ER room that is currently occupied by the rich patient...I get to listen to her 6 family members sitting around laughing and having a good old time...Obviously she w... read more
I had outpatient surgery so not fun but staff was great. All questions answered in language that was understandable. Not impressed with new computer system
Friendly, clean, professional and the staff was very helpful.
We had to go to the emergency room for stitches for my 8 year old son. The intake process was fast and everyone was very helpful and courteous. The facilities were neat and tidy. The medical professionals had a great demeanor with my son. Hopefully we never have to go back, but should we need medical treatment again, we will definitely be returning.
Excellent service and excellent personal 10+, good food, the rooms is in really good conditions, everybody is really friendly and the hospital is amazing.
