The most unprofessional people I have ever been in contact...they were supposed to come out to my house on an emergency appointment, but because they weren't sure if I had a deductible to pay they never came out or bothered to call and say they weren't coming and I took 4 hours off work waiting for them to show up. THEN when I called to find out what was going on, the lady that answered the phone was very rude and told me I needed to find someone else to come out...Horrible customer service

We had central AC installed 6/24/2016. Both Matt and Ralph were stellar. They did a nice (and fairly quiet) install. They gave advice/instruction on how to keep both furnace and AC running at top efficiency. My husband and I inspected all the work and it everything was done beautifully. The were polite, pleasant and didn't leave any boxes behind. We were supposed have duct cleaning as well but that unfortunately had to be cancelled due to a issue with the compressor on the truck. I service both A/C units and furnaces with Elm htg (Jeff C) in Spring and Fall - one newer system (purchased and installed by Elm) and one older - Elm and Jeff keep both working great, for the last 10 years.Elm and Jeff are the only company I will call for service.

Jerry Z from Elm heating came to the house the morning of 3/3/16. The heat had been off all night. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in 20 minutes. Jerry was very pleasant and helpful and plainly communicated what he found and what he did to resolve. This is the second time he has been out in the last four years. Both times he has gone out of his way to inform me of what I should do to utilize my furnace most efficiently. On Jan. 14, our furnace went out and Jeff answered our call for service. Inmediately he diagnosed the problem and went out to his truck for the needed parts. Our furnace was back up working within 20 minutes. He did a very good job In short time and is a very pleasant person. Our thanks to Elm Heating and Cooling for the good service we received from Jeff.
