Brian came out and inspected everything for me turned out what I thought would be a costly repair was a quick fix very professional and very knowledgeable also very patient as I was dealing with my kids thank you Brian.

I contracted Elm Heating & Cooling to replace my air conditioning unit. The installation team (Dave, Rafael and Jeff) arrived on time and promptly got to work after briefly explaining to me what needed to be done. The team was well organized, courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. The outdoor unit and indoor coil and tubing were integrated seamlessly into my existing equipment and wiring. I am very pleased with the quality of their work.
Joe T. came to my address to repair what I would fear would be an expensive a/c repair. To my amazement, Joe showed me that all was needed was 2 AAA batteries for my thermostat. After this was completed I asked him to check out to see if my Freon was acceptable, even though I was a little low, it was advised to me that this did not constitute any concern to add more; and to do so, if I chose ...would not be in my best interest because of the age of my unit. Erik, the technician was courteous and professional. He got to the root of the problem and fixed my air conditioner. I rate the company as 4 star (positive).
We had used Elm for maintenance and check-ups. Then our heating system died on a Saturday afternoon in February on a 9 degree day in a snow storm. The repairman was out within 2 hours. We decided on a new system and in was delivered and installed by Monday p.m. Later in the summer we replaced the A/C unit. That was in 2014. We are extremely pleased with the service and the systems. Mr. Eric ******* came to our home to service our AC for a tune up. After doing what he needed I found our AC to be blowing cooler air than before he arrived. I was very satisfied with the maintainance he performed on our AC unit, and the suggestions he made to keep our AC running cooler throughout the Summer. I rate my service call with 5 stars.
