Tony C did our seasonal air conditioning check and was friendly, neat and professional. He even took a moment to answer a question from one of my condo neighbors while he was servicing my unit.
I discovered at 10:PM that my thermostat was not working, tried changing the batteries but it still did not work. Called Elm and within one hour Tony C. was here to install the new unit. Pleasant, careful and competent . Could not have asked for better service.
Did a good job getting my furnace up and running. very satisfied with the service.
Jeff C was great came in checked the furnace spotted the problem quickly, had the part in his truck, installed it, and had furnace up and running in no time. Great work!!!
Wow I want to say that Matt H. was an amazing guy that Represents Elm Heating & Cooling! after brief explanation as to what the problem was. Shortly after Matt went over with me in detail as to what he did to correct the problem. And went on to ask if I was experiencing any other problems. Very polite, Detail driven ! Professional. Their commercial service techs are superb, when it comes to quality and professionalism I wouldn't call anyone else to get the job done right the first time.
Ray was very helpful with an issue with our thermostat. He came out on time, replaced our thermostat and gave me advice on how to avoid similar issues in the future. Would definitely recommend his services again.
