Very helpful and thorough - explained all the issues to me.
Rafael and Jeff were pros who problem solved with us, kept work area as clean as possible, and completed the installation of a high velocity AC system in less than a week.
Joe T. came out twice to give me an A/C tune-up and he was very pleasant and thorough both times :)

Tony came out to service my A/C and handled it in a professional way. He knows what he is doing and is very personable and provides helpful and necessary information for maintenance which I can perform in between tune-ups. Tony was out last year too and showed me a neat trick for changing the filter on the air handler. I have been using ELM for over 30 years and Tony continues the tradition of knowledgeable, friendly technicians I have come to rely on and respect from ELM's representatives.
Other people couldn’t figure it out but Gerry was able to diagnose the furnace issue immediately. That’s the kind of expertise you want in your HVAC technician!
Had Elm out to due our yearly check on the air condition. Joe T checked everything and even had our air filter in his truck so we didn't have to try and find it at a store. This is the only heating and cooling company that we have had at our house, they take care of everything and explain everything that was done or needs to be done. They are polite, pleasant and always take very good care of us so I never have to worry about something that wasn't done.
Justin was able to resolve a humidifier leakage problem in a very short time. His expertise was obvious.
Mr. ******* Eck is not a very nice person or willing at all to solve the problem his team created. then once threatened with a poor rating did I only get some response. then they have the nerve to ask me to give them 5 stars... spoke to 2 other former customers, same thing, only get a positive outcome if you change your rating... how about doing it correct the 1st time...
